Thank you for trusting Joy Restored with a little of your story. This page explains what information this website collects and how it is cared for. Joy Restored is a Christian life coaching and inner-healing ministry owned and operated by Melanie.
What I collect
When you reach out through the inquiry form, you may share your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and a few words about what brings you here. That is all this website asks for. Browsing the pages of this site does not require you to share anything at all.
How it is used
The information you share is used for one purpose: so I can respond to your inquiry, answer your questions, and, if you would like, begin a conversation about working together. Your details are never sold, rented, or traded. They are not added to any mailing list unless you ask to receive updates.
Who sees it
Your inquiry goes to me personally. Limited technical service providers (such as the email delivery service and the systems that keep this website running) process information only as needed to do their work, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Confidentiality of our conversations
Anything you share in a coaching conversation is held in confidence. The only exceptions are the rare ones the law requires: a credible risk of serious harm to yourself or someone else, or a valid legal request. If we ever reach that point, I will talk with you about it first whenever I am able.
Your choices
You may ask at any time to see what information I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. A short message is all it takes, and I will take care of it promptly. If you would rather not hear from me again after an inquiry, just say so and I will respect that fully.
A note for young visitors
This website is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has shared information here, please let me know so it can be removed.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you simply want to ask a question before sharing anything, you are always welcome to reach out through the inquiry form. I am glad to help.
